- Yes, we have our own dairy farm and we don’t source milk from small/marginal
farmers or milk collection agents
- How big is the farm?
- The herd size is 75 cows with a total area of 8 acres. We grow organic green fodder
for cows inside the farm itself. This is to ensure that the milk we get from our

- Where is the Farm located?
- The A2 dairy farm is located at Ward no.-4, Near Don Bosco Training center,
Shankar Nagar, Bariatu, Ranchi
- How is the A2 dairy farm different from other companies’ farms
- Our cows are of special breed which are found only in Gir, Gujrat. It is
scientifically proven that genuine A2 milk comes from Gir cows only.This is
what makes our diary not only different but also unique in the country.In
addition, our cows are monitored 24×7 making sure that no cow suffering from
any illness/sickness is milked along with other cows. We have grown our herd
organically with constant improvements in cow breed, comfort levels and dairy
farming ecosystem.
- What is A2 Milk?
- A2 milk is cow's milk that mostly lacks a form of β-casein proteins called A1 and
instead has mostly the A2 form.
- Why A2 milk?
- It has been scientifically proven that, A2 milk is best suitable to human digestive
system. Whereas A1 milk may cause several known diseases like stomach inflammation,
Diabetes, Heart diseases and even cancer, genuine A2 milk has several medicinal
values.
- Is your milk farm fresh or Pasturised?
- Our milk is farm fresh and not pasturised. The milk we supply, is the most natural
form of milk as obtained from the cow. There are no additives or preservatives in
the milk. The milk is not processed in any which way. It is recommended that you
boil the milk immediately after receiving it from the delivery boy.
- How can we be assured of the quality of milk supplied to us?
- We conduct frequent farm visits to establish the trust and transparency.Also,
Consumers are free to get the samples checked at any lab.
- Which breed of cows do you have? How many cows do you have?
- We have desi Gir and Sahiwal cows. We have a total herd of 75 cows, including the
calves.
- What kind of fodder do your cows eat?
- Round the year, the type of fodder and grains keep changing as per the weather. The
fodder may include Wheat, Bajra, Lucerne, Nutrela, Berseem, Barley, Maize, Alfa
Alfa and other green fodder rich in protein and calcium.
- Do you give hormone injections to the cows?
- No, we don’t use any kind of artificial growth hormones or Oxytocin etc.
- Why do package the milk in glass bottles?
- Glass is a safe material for packaging of F&B products. It is
non-toxic and non-reactive, as compared to other packaging materials such as
plastic, which can leach into food products. Our brand values don’t go with plastic
or anti-environment materials, thus we use glass bottles for packaging. It is very
tough for us to work with daily supplies in glass bottles, but creating high
quality produce and then packaging it in plastic does not make any sense to us!
These bottles are re-usable which help control pollution.
- Do I have to return the empty bottles? What if the glass bottle breaks? Will I
be charged for it?
- Yes, the empty bottles have to be returned on every next delivery.Usually we don’t
charge for breakages. However, if the breakage is frequent, each bottle is charged

- How do you record milk delivered to my house?
- On receiving payment from the customer, we issue a coupon book. On every delivery,
customer is required to handover one coupon to the delivery boy. This ensures that
milk delivered and the payment received from the customers are always in sync. In
addition, every delivery is tracked and billed digitally to ensure that there is no
flaw in billing.
- What are the milk delivery timings and procedure?
- We have two slots, morning and evening. You can subscribe for either of the two
slots. Exact time of delivery would depend on your address and our schedule for
that particular area. For details please contact our customer care.
- Can I pause or temporarily opt out of the milk delivery? Can I add/change my
milk requirement if I’m travelling or have guests over?
- Yes, you can stop it temporarily at any time of the subscription. For any change in
quantity or schedule please inform us a day prior to your delivery by SMS,Whatsapp

- Is there any additional charge in addition to the subscription rate?
- No, there is no additional/hidden charge whatsoever.
